A WORD ABOUT
US
WHY REHAB?
At our drug rehab center, we provide our clients with a number of different cutting edge addiction treatment strategies. We know that the key to running a successful substance abuse treatment center is to ensure every one of our clients has the access to the treatments that will help them reach their recovery goals. In order to accomplish this, and to be sure we can afford all of our diverse clients the care that they need, we have a full complement of different therapeutic strategies. Not every client will require every treatment, and that’s just how we like it: we only want to provide clients with the care that will serve them best, not a one-size-fits-all recovery plan.
One treatment that can be an invaluable tool for applicable clients is dual diagnosis mental health treatment. Dual diagnosis is useful when a client is struggling with both an addiction and a co-occurring disorder. Co-occurring disorders can be especially challenging because it is common for a client to not even be aware that they are suffering from the mental health issue. This makes it especially challenging for a client to get the care they need. When someone who needs dual diagnosis mental health treatment only gets treatment for their addiction, they run the risk of failing to achieve their recovery goals. This is because when a client continues to experience the symptoms of their co-occurring mental health disorder after the addiction has been treated, they may return to substance abuse in order to self medicate. Dual diagnosis mental health treatment circumvents this by providing clients with treatment for both disorders.
WHAT
WE DO
Drug Withdrawal and Detox
We also provide a full spectrum of traditional therapeutic strategies. These treatments include individual therapy and group therapy. During individual therapy, you will work with a counsellor on a personal basis.
Alcohol Addiction Medications
During these sessions, you’ll have the opportunity to discuss anything you’d like with your counsellor, with the confident that it will never leave the room. In addition to individual therapy, we also have group therapy, which is daunting at first but quickly becomes a favorite aspect of treatment for many of our clients.
